Commission Guidelines
GUIDELINES - Please read thoroughly before emailing!

Step One: Choosing a Photo
Select a high-quality picture with clear and visible features.
Avoid front-camera pics from non-smartphones, grainy pictures, and photos with heads cut off.

Notify and request specific deadlines at least 6 weeks in advance.

An expedition fee of $50 applies for requests with less than 6 weeks' notice.

Step Two: Select Size and Medium
- 9x12" color pencil drawing - $250-$275
- 16x20" color pencil drawing - $500 (currently unavailable)
- 12x16" chalk pastel painting - $275
- 16x20" chalk pastel painting - $550
- 18x24" chalk pastel painting - $825
- 24x36" chalk pastel painting - $1100
- 3600x4800px 400dpi digital cartoon - $50
- 3600x4800px 400dpi digital oil painting - $200
- 3600x3600px 400dpi digital illustration - $150

Add $25 for each additional face in the portrait.

Add $25 for an HD timelapse video of the drawing process.

Material Details:
- Color Pencil Drawings: Done on toned tan or gray drawing paper or smooth wood panel. The original drawing will be provided.
- Chalk Pastel Paintings: Done on thin pastelbord canvas, wrapped in acid-free glassine paper to protect from smudging. Instructions for framing included (frame not included).
- Digital Oil Paintings: Created using Procreate on an iPad 11. Includes a high-resolution image and a 13x19" print. Rights to the work are not sold, but personal use for larger prints or apparel is allowed.

Step Three: Payment
- Pay half the price as a deposit to secure the commission.
- Deposit is non-refundable once coloring or shading begins.
- Payment methods: credit/debit cards and PayPal (invoices will be sent via PayPal).
- Do not send the full payment at the time of deposit.
Step Four: Progress Updates
- Work-in-progress pictures can be sent upon request or follow progress on Instagram @tanaebriana.

Step Five: Completion and Shipping
The final product will be shown before the rest of the payment is made. Once you approve and I receive payment, I can ship as soon as the next day! I ship for free anywhere within the United States; international shipments will cost extra if the shipping costs more than 10% of the total price. Domestic shipments will be sent USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 1-3 days, depending on location; international shipments will be shipped USPS First Class International. US shipments will be insured and require a signature for delivery.

- Not all requests can be accommodated; alternative artists may be suggested if needed.
- Clear communication of the desired outcome is essential before starting.
